Through conversations (face to face or via telephone) together we establish the area (s) of your life you want the coaching to focus on.
From here, through listening, questioning and guiding, we develop a realistic set of goals. We also establish “good practise” in which you will employ certain tactics, strategies and exercises that will assist you in achieving results.
