Central YMCA: Pre & Post Natal Programme

A 45 minute supervised gym session incorporating pre/post natal exercise advice led by our fully qualified gym manager, Trisha White. If you're pregnant and would like to exercise in a safe way, which will not harm your baby, Trisha can provide valuable information.

If you have recently given birth Trisha can help you to lose unwanted baby weight and devise a programme tailored to your exact goals.
