Any class which has Cardio/Aerobics/Step as part of its name: A high energy aerobic workout to music designed to improve the efficiency of the heart and lungs. These classes sometimes have a short floor work section for muscle toning.
Abs & Back / Abs Blitz: A short session that focuses on exercises for toning/strengthening the mid torso.
Capoeira: A Brazilian art form that integrates movement and music to form a fighting technique camouflaged in beautiful dance.
Cardio Kick: An intense but simple aerobics class based on martial arts style choreography.
Circuit Training: A whole body workout combining aerobic and muscle work.
Core Ball Conditioning: A class using FIT Balls to build up core strength, therefore supporting the back.

Keiser Cycle: An intensive group workout to music on stationary bikes, using music specifically to motivate the class. Beginners need to arrive five minutes early.
Legs, Bums, Tums (LBT): A class that works on conditioning the gluteal muscles, thighs and abdominals.

Sculpt: An intensive free weight barbell class performed to music.
Strike: A martial arts/boxing class using pads, mitts and shields.
Supple Strength: A class that combines yoga, Pilates and stretch moves to achieve improvements in flexibility and postural strength.
Tai Chi: The ancient Chinese art of meditation in movement. Gentle exercise for mind and body to achieve peace and harmony.
Yoga: A controlled movement class aiding relaxation and stress management with flexibility benefits.
